La Balise Marina’s Home Owners Association (HOA) manage and operate the marina, its utilities and services.

The maximum draught in the canals at mean sea level is 1.5 metres.
The maximum draught in the main basins and channel with access to the sea is 2.5 metres.
Boats with a higher draught can moor in the protected bay at the entrance of the marina.
Canal duplexes and apartments’ moorings can accommodate boats of up to 7.5 metres.
Canal villas’ moorings can accommodate boats of up to 9.5 metres.
Marina duplexes’ moorings can accommodate boats of up to 12 metres.
Ocean villas’ moorings can accommodate boats of up to 12 metres.
Some additional moorings of up to 15 metres may also be available for rental upon request. Bigger boats can moor in the protected bay at the entrance to the marina.
Owned and managed by the HOA (Home Owners Association), a filling station enables homeowners, members and pontoon customers to have their supply of diesel and fuel.
Owned and managed by the HOA (Home Owners Association), a slipway with an overall width of 12 metres is available on site for the launching and haul out of boats.
