On the West coast of Mauritius

La Balise Marina benefits from a unique location on the west coast of Mauritius, where a contemporary lifestyle meets nature.

Extending over 12.8 hectares with a stunning backdrop of mountains, La Balise Marina is the island's only residential marina, giving owners the privilege of acquiring a freehold property by the sea. This Integrated Resort Schemet (IRS) development will comprise 143 waterfront residences upon completion.

Endowed with two basins and canals, the marina moorings can accommodate boats of up to 12.5 metres with a boat draught at mean sea level of 1.5 metres in the canals and of 2.5 metres in the main basins and the channel leading to the sea.

The acquisition of one of these units gives access to a number of advantages.

On the sunny west coast of Mauritius, La Balise Marina benefits from an ideal location in the trendy town of Black River.

Renowned for its unspoilt nature, crystal-clear turquoise lagoons and a wide range of nautical activities, Black River combines the charm of a typical village with modern facilities, restaurants, bars, shopping centres and essential services such as medical centres and international schools.
