La Balise Marina’s Home Owners Association (HOA) has appointed Yacht Management for the management of the marina and its utilities such as, but by no means exhaustively:

The headquarters of JPH Charters, a pioneer and leading nautical service provider in Mauritius, is located within the premises of the marina.

Most of the residences at La Balise Marina benefit from their private moorings, located only a few metres away. The moorings at La Balise Marina are built to international standards and are equipped with electrical points.
• Canal duplexes and apartments can accommodate boats of up to 7.5 metres.
• Canal villas can accommodate boats of up to 9.5 metres.
• Marina duplexes can accommodate boats of up to 12 metres.
• Ocean villas can accommodate boats of up to 12 metres.
Some additional moorings of up to 15 metres may also be available for rental on request. Bigger boats can moor in the protected bay at the entrance to the marina.
Located on site, 30 boat garages accessible only to owners are all sold out.
Boat parking managed by Yacht Management and located just behind the marina is on rental, depending on availability. The boat parking area is equipped with CCTV cameras, flood lights at night and security guards 24/7.
Owned by the HOA and managed by Yacht Management, a filling station enables homeowners to have their supply of diesel and fuel on site.
Owned by the HOA and managed by Yacht Management, a slipway with an overall width of 12 metres is available on site for the launching and haul out of boats.
Each mooring is supplied with water and electricity, payable by each homeowner according to the individual meter installed. Readings are done monthly in arrears and consumption is billed on each owner’s levy account each month.
