The ENL group set up its real estate development pole - ENL Property - in 2007, launching the group into various residential and commercial developments as well as high-end business parks both in the country and overseas, mostly in Africa. The rapid growth of ENL Property is to a great extent due to its privileged access to strategically situated land in the heart of Moka, owned by its parent company, ENL Land. As well as optimizing financial returns from the plots chosen for development, ENL also supplies the cartography and surveying expertise. The company has to its credit some important real estate projects such as the IRS of Villas Valriche, La Balise Marina and St Antoine Private Residence, and also the development of Moka over the last few years through successful realisations such as the Bagatelle Mall of Mauritius, the biggest commercial centre in the Indian Ocean, the Allées d’Helvétia, Vivéa Business Park and Kendra. ENL Property will now be taking on the development of the “smart city” of Moka.
