La Balise Marina is pleased to announce that it has signed a ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ with Grace Hotels to develop a boutique luxury resort at La Balise Marina, Black River, Mauritius. The Island Grace Hotel at La Balise Marina will be a unique 70 room marina-style resort, in the renowned Black River region of Mauritius, famous for it’s ‘sun and sea’ tropical lifestyle. In addition, Grace Hotels will manage the Rental Pool operations of La Balise Marina Residences. There are currently 3 Grace Hotels in South Africa, including the world renowned and award winning Cape Grace at the V&A Waterfront, Capetown. ‘Grace Hotels is delighted to be part of the world-class La Balise Marina development.
