Marina Management
You love your yacht or boat and take good care of it. The moorings at La Balise Marina are built to international standards and have electrical and portable water points. Marina Management is responsive and knowledgeable. Minor repairs to your craft can be undertaken and your petrol and diesel supplies are on site. The management team are on hand to sort out the hassles associated with boating. The concierge service can even arrange for your food and drink supplies to be delivered to your craft.

Home Owners Association
The Home Owners’ Association (HOA) will be created by the Developer for the purpose of managing the estate. The common area property ownership will be transferred to the HOA. The HOA will be a non-profit organisation, governed by the applicable laws of Mauritius. The HOA may, on an annual basis, contract a management company to maintain the common areas and collect the applicable monthly levies.
