Main communication tool of the developers of the project in the region, “La Maison de La Balise ", opened its doors in June in the heart of the village of Black, next to the development of La Balise Marina.

Since its opening, this centre for information, meeting and training, has quickly become the privileged place for the implementation of social projects and communication with the neighbourhood.

"Established in the village of River-black, this house is now integrated into the village and demonstrates our will to be close to the inhabitants", explains Dominic Dupont, General Manager of the IRS project.

An inhabitant of the village has been employed to assure the coordination and the administration of the House and numerous meetings were made with the inhabitants of the region within the framework of the social plan and of the training plan, pertaining to the project of La Balise Marina.
